At Tufina Watches, we take pride in our German craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our authorized Tufina inspection facility.

Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
